The Defense Health Agency plans to award Leidos a potential $25 million task order to provide sustainment services for the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application-Composite Health Care System.
DHA will issue the fixed-price task order under a blanket purchase agreement to be awarded following a full-and-open competition initiated by the General Services Administration, the Defense Department said Friday.
Leidos is scheduled to perform work on March 1 under the task order.
DHA will obligate the full contract amount from fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
AHLTA/CHCS is the military’s electronic health record system designed to provide health providers access to beneficiaries’ prescription, diagnostic tests and other medical information and works to facilitate data sharing across the DoD enterprise.
