Concurrent Technologies Corp. and its affiliate Enterprise Ventures Corp. have renewed their AS9100D aerospace quality management system accreditation that seeks to recognize the companies’ product design, production, assembly and testing processes.
CTC said Tuesday ABS Quality Evaluations conducted comprehensive audits to assess the companies’ compliance with the AS9100 standard.
AS9100 seeks to supplement the International Organization for Standardization’s 9001Â certification and sets requirements in order to carry out work with the Defense Department, Federal Aviation Administration and NASA.
Ed Sheehan, president and CEO of CTC, said the AS9100D recertification seeks to reflect the hard work and efforts of CTC and EVC personnel in support of clients.
Other certifications CTC holds include ISO 9001:2015Â for quality, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management systems, AS9100:2016 for aerospace quality and OSHA VPP Star for health and safety.
