Dell Technologies has selected Carahsoft to serve as a federal distributor of the former’s entire technology product line via the General Services Administration Schedule contract vehicle.
Carahsoft said Monday it will sell, market and distribute Dell-built client, networking, security, servers and storage platforms to its ecosystem of partners as part of the partnership agreement.
Tracy Pavillard, vice president of federal channels and systems integrator programs at Dell EMC, said the company’s partnership with Carahsoft will provide federal resellers and government clients opportunities to access Dell technologies.
Dell seeks to leverage Carahsoft’s business development, marketing resources, reseller partner ecosystem, quoting and federal expertise in efforts to boost the availability of products in the public sector markets.
Carahsoft noted it also offers products from Dell’s Pivotal, Secureworks and Virtustream businesses to the federal market.
