L3 Technologies has formed international boards to help build up the company’s commercial and military businesses in Canada, Australia and the U.K.
The company said Thursday each organization will consist of L3 executives and local industry professionals and help strengthen the firm’s global competitive edge through development and implementation of strategic programs.
Alan Titheridge will serve as managing director of L3 Technologies Australia Group that will focus on the delivery of technology platforms and support services to the country’s defense force across ground, aerial and maritime domains.
Richard Foster will serve as chair of L3 Technologies Canada Group that will prioritize client base expansion efforts across the company’s product portfolio that includes electro-optical/infrared equipment, communications systems integration into naval ships and in-service support for Canada’s air force.
Ronald Cook will oversee L3 Technologies UK Group as managing director.
The UK-based group will focus on efforts to expand the company’s intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems efforts as well as broaden pilot training support to the military and commercial aviation training sector.
