EY has appointed six executives to support the operations, execution and strategies of the professional services company’sÂ global business.
They will also help implement the EY’s Vision 2020 strategy designed to assist customers in efforts to address digital disruption challenges as well as facilitate audit and innovation programs, the companyÂ said Thursday.
Mark Weinberger, EY global chairman and CEO, said the newly appointed executives have demonstrated a capacity to oversee teams and deliver services for clients and the new global executive leaders will build on the company’s values, foundation and objectives.
Alison Kay, currently global vice chair for industry, will assume additional duties as chair of the global accounts committee and help drive the expansion of the company’s top accounts.
Jay Nibbe will serve as global vice chair of markets and oversee global services, research teams, alliance partnerships, business development, digital services and the company’s global alumni program.
Jessie Qin, a partner at EY’s advisory service line, will join the global executive team under a three-year rotating role currently reserved for early-stage member firm partners.
Kelly Grier will concurrently serve as the company’s U.S. chairman and managing partner as well as Americas business area managing partner.
Pat Winter will be area managing partner atÂ EY Asia-Pacific and oversee the company’s fastest growing geographic area which now covers approximately 44,000 people.
Trent HenryÂ will serve as EY global vice chair for talent and continue to help advance the EY workforce of the future strategy that will support 250,000 company personnel.
