Arnold Defense and Electronics has received a $15.5 million contract to provide the U.S. Air Force with missile launcher parts.
The Defense Department said Monday the company will supply 1,254 launcher 12X structural rail sections for use on the AIM-120 missile launcher.
The contract includes foreign military sales and runs through Sept. 30, 2023, with $72,500 fiscal 2018 aircraft procurement funds obligated at the time of award.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center received three offers for the competitive acquisition contract.
Missouri-based Arnold Defense has been supplying rocket launchers for military aircraft, vessels and vehicles to customers including the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Air Force and NATO member countries since 1961.
