Doug Wagoner, former sector president at Science Applications International Corp., has joined the board of directors at management and technology consulting services contractor TeraThink.
The 30-year federal market veteran will work with TeraThink’s other board members to support corporate management efforts and policies, the company said Tuesday.
Wagoner previously supervised 13,500 employees who support government customers in the areas of cyber, network integration, digital infrastructure management, systems engineering, analytics, training, simulation and logistics.
He also helped oversee SAIC’s 2013 spinoff from its former parent company now known as Leidos.
TeraThink announced in early November it entered into a merger agreement with Dominion Consulting as part of a push to grow presence in the defense and federal civilian markets.
