The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation has recertified Lazarus Alliance‘s status as a third-party assessment organization under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
Lazarus Alliance CEO Michael Peters said in a statement published Monday the company completed a “rigorous” evaluation process to secure 3PAO recertification.
“We are excited about our recertification and stand ready to help public, private, community, and hybrid cloud service providers navigate the FedRAMP compliance process,” Peters added.
A2LA audits a 3PAO’s technical capacity and compliance with the International Organization for Standardization/International Electromechanical Commission 17020:2012 standards and FedRAMP requirements.
Lazarus Alliance uses Continuum GRC‘s cloud-based Information Technology Audit Machine platform to help accelerate its process to assess cloud service providers.
