The Defense Department‘s Joint Interoperability Test Command has tested the compatibility of communications technology platforms from Atos‘ Unify subsidiary and T-Metrics.
Unify said Tuesday its OpenScape Voice system underwent a joint interoperability test with T-Metrics’ TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Platform and TM-2000 Consolidated Answering System.
The OpenScape voice session controller is certified by JITC and employs security tools based on DoD’s Assured Services Session Initiation Protocol.
OpenScape is built to accommodate up to 100,000 users per system and 500,000 per cluster.
T-Metrics designed its ACD platform to simplify skill-based call routing configuration as well as support metric assessments, identify customer pain-points and monitor call volumes.
TM-2000 also works to facilitate sharing of operator resources over multiple locations.
