DISA to Solicit Proposals for $96M IT Products & Services Contract - top government contractors - best government contracting eventThe Defense Information Systems Agency plans to issue a formal request for proposals later this month for a range of information technology products and services that will be delivered outside the continental U.S.

DISA said in a FedBizOpps notice posted Wednesday that the planned single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will be valued at $95.9 million and will include a one-year base period and four one-year options.

The contract will cover non-personal services for the U.S. European Command and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, including engineering development, design, procurement, fabrication, installation, logistics, maintenance and lifecycle support for IT and electronic security systems.

The contractor will also perform emergency unscheduled maintenance and repair services; program management; training; and cybersecurity and information assurance support, among others.

DISA would also require IT products such as inside/outside plant infrastructure, desktop automated information systems, command centers, smart facilities, command and control systems, network architecture, unified communications and video surveillance systems.

Interested vendors may submit responses to the presolicitation notice through Dec. 4.
