The Center for Digital Government has selected a Department of Housing and Urban Development website built in partnership with ICF as winner of the research institute’s Project Experience Award.
HUD Exchange won the award in the federal government experience category in recognition of the agency’s public service delivery efforts through the online platform, ICF said Tuesday.
ICF’s social and community and digital businesses supported the design and development of the agency website.
The site offers centralized access to program implementation resources for HUD grantees, staff, technical assistance providers and individuals seeking housing and homelessness assistance.
Kris Tremaine, an ICF senior vice president, said the company worked with the agency to accelerate the delivery of technical assistance services to HUD grantees.
