Advanced Concepts and Technologies International has received a potential three-year task order to help sustain specialized U.S. Marine Corps equipment.
ACT I said Tuesday it will perform Care-of-Supplies-in-Storage of managed components and designated Ground Weapons System equipment sets at Marine Corps Logistics Command facilities in Barstow, California and Albany, Georgia.
“We are honored that the MCLC selected ACT I to support their augmentation efforts to complete reset and achieve in-store Approved Acquisition Objectives (AAOs) for specific GWS equipment sets,” ACT I CEO Michael Niggel said.
“We look forward to providing inventory accuracy, equipment completeness, proper condition coding, and readiness for issue of the GWS equipment sets,” Niggel added.
The the task order was issued under Pool 1 category of the General Services Administration‘s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business contract vehicle.
ACT I also currently provides logistics and maintenance support to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office and the U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center’s Ground Maintenance Terminals.
