ManTech International has secured a potential five-year, $45.8 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to offer training support services to the U.S. Navy‘s the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific.
The company said Tuesday it aims to develop and implement online computer-based virtualized tools to aid SSC Pacific training on command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems.
ManTech is one of four companies that won potential five-year contracts from the Navy in September to offer training support for the military branch’s ashore, submarine and tactical afloat shipboard C4ISR systems.
Daniel Keefe, president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s mission solutions and services unit, said the award builds on the company’s previous efforts to develop training services for the Navy’s C4ISR enterprise.
The company also seeks to support Navy ships and activities around the world as well as assess and further current training technologies used by Defense Department personnel.
