Bill White, chief financial officer of Intellicheck over the past five years, has been named interim president and CEO of the threat identification technology provider.
Jericho, New York-based Intellicheck said Wednesday White succeed William Roof, who has retired from the company at the request of its board of directors.
White will also continue his duties as CFO as Intellicheck searches for a permanent CEO.
He took helm as Intellicheck CFO in 2012 after he previously worked as CFO and chief operating officer at security company FocusMicro; finance director at media company WWD; and senior financial analyst of the Snohomish County in Washington.
His financial management, operations and business development experience spans more than 30 years.
