The U.S. Navy has awarded a $29.9 million contract to Engility and a $29.6 million contract to NDI Engineering for technical and engineering support services to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division.
Both companies will work to help NAWCAD’s Support Equipment and Aircraft Launch and Recover Equipment Department establish operational requirements and apply standard processes to translate requirements into configured systems, the Defense Department said Tuesday.
The service branch received two offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts via an electronic solicitation process and obligated a total of $368,019 in fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
Work will occur at NAWCAD facility in Lakehurst, New Jersey, through September 2022.
