Document Storage Systems has received an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract of an undisclosed value to deliver and install a healthcare management system for kidney disease patients at Veterans Health Administration facilities.
DSS said Tuesday it will implement the cyberREN Renal Patient Care Management System to support VHA’s nephrology services and integrate the platform with Veterans Information Systems and Technology Architecture.
CyberREN was developed by DSS partner Cybernius Medical Ltd. and works to help clinicians access medical records and well as analyze and report clinical data of people with kidney diseases.
The system comprises modules designed to manage information on chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis, transplant and peritoneal dialysis patients.
Juno Beach, Florida-based DSS works with government clients to help them modernize information technology systems at federal, private and public healthcare facilities.
