Uday Kamath, former chief data scientist of BAE Systems‘ applied intelligence business, has joined Digital Reasoning as chief analytics officer at the Nashville, Tennessee-based cognitive computing company.
Digital Reasoning said Tuesday the more than 20-year architecture and building analytics professional will lead a team that aims to drive innovation in artificial intelligence and data analytics.
He will also work with engineering and product departments of the company.
“I’ve built my career around innovations in machine learning and data analytics technologies, and taking the lead as the CAO at Digital Reasoning allows me to apply my expertise to the biggest questions regarding the future of AI,” said Kamath.
He also previously worked as an analytics architect at Norkom Technologies where he was in charge of the company’s product architecture and customer implmentation initiatives.
