Leidos has secured a potential three-year, $18 million task order from the Naval Supply Systems Command’s Fleet Logistics Center to support a Joint Staff J6 team responsible for analyzing warfighter systems and procedures in the field.
The company said Monday it will provide technical, functional, analytical, infrastructure and operations support services to the JS J6 directorate’s Joint Deployable Analysis Team at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
“We look forward to continuing our support of NAVSUP by anticipating their needs and helping them achieve their mission to provide supplies, services and quality-of-life support to the Navy and Joint warfighter,” said Tim Reardon, president of Leidos’ defense and Intelligence business.
The company will help JDAT manage projects, improve activities and assess capabilities in the force integration and system interoperability areas under the task order.
JDAT conducts analysis of warfighter systems as part of efforts to help increase soldiers’ effectiveness and safety as well as cut the risk of collateral damage in combat missions.
The order contains one base year and two option years.
