Mary Tabb Howard, former senior proposal manager at Accenture‘s federal services subsidiary, has joined Buchanan & Edwards as director of strategic capture.
BE said Tuesday Howard will oversee efforts to grow the company’s contract opportunities in the national security market.
“We’re extremely excited Mary is joining our team to help us expand our support to agencies with a national security mission,” said Sean Gleason, BE vice president of business development.
Howard previously served as a proposal manager at consulting firm SM&A and a capture manager at business consultant SiloSmashers.
The two-decade government contracting veteran also worked as a business developer and capture manager at Science Applications International Corp.
