Robert Youngjohns, a senior adviser at management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, has joined Blueprint‘s board of directors.
The Toronto, Canada-based software company said Thursday that Youngjohns brings experience in various leadership roles from his time leading the information technology industry.
“Robert is a true pioneer and trailblazer in the world of software and I am very excited to welcome him to Blueprint’s board of directors,” said Dan Shimmerman, Blueprint CEO.
Youngjohns previously served as executive vice president and general manager of Hewlett Packard Enterprise‘s software segment as well as senior vice president and general manager for autonomy at HP.
He also held positions such as president of Microsoft‘s North American operations; president and CEO of Callidus Software; EVP at Sun Microsystems; and a director at IBM.
Blueprint offers a software platform designed to help organizations build business applications.
