Homeland Security and Defense Business Council Welcomes Four New Industry Partners

Blue Canopy Group, CACI International, E3 Federal Solutions and SureID have joined the Homeland Security and Defense Business Council in the first quarter of 2017.

The council said Monday that its members have taken part in various forums such as round table discussions with leaders of the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI and the Federal Emergency Management Agency throughout the first quarter of the year.

The organization aims to facilitate the exchange of ideas and perspectives between government and industry members in the Homeland Security Enterprise.

Homeland Security and Defense Business Council will commence second-quarter programs, which include events with Congressional leaders and leaders from the U.S. Coast Guard. They will also hold executive tours at Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Transportation Security Administration, Customs and Border Protection facilities.

The council’s Thought Leadership Committee gathers leaders from the organization’s members to exchange ideas with administration officials, congressional leaders and other stakeholders.
