Denise Perry, acting manager of Ensco‘s human resources division since February, has been promoted to manage the division on a full-time basis.
Ensco said Wednesday she led efforts to increase the Falls Church, Virginia-based company’s HR efficiency and quality of customer service as part of her previous duties as deputy division manager.
Boris Nejikovsky, president of Ensco, said he believes Perry’s leadership skills will help drive employees’ contributions in efforts to address customer challenges with technology.
Perry worked for the Gannett organization in Rosslyn, Virginia, before she joined Ensco in 2000 and currently serves as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work.
