Dylan Wolin, formerly director for corporate development at Boeing, has joined aviation and expeditionary service provider AARÂ as vice president for strategy and acquisitions.
He has approximately 20 years of professional experience and will be in charge of AAR’s efforts to analyze opportunities for mergers and acquisitions to drive strategic growth, the company said Thursday.
“Dylan’s extensive background in mergers and acquisitions in aerospace and defense bolsters our in-house capacity to analyze opportunities,” said David Storch, AAR chairman, president and CEO.
Wolin held the corporate development director role at Boeing for nearly seven years and led the company’s M&A, joint venture and strategic development programs.
The Wharton School graduate has also worked in the field of investment banking at McManus & Miles and Deutsche Bank Securities.
