Trident Technologies to Build Computer Comms Network for Army Engineer R&D Center - top government contractors - best government contracting eventTrident Technologies has won a potential five-year, $48 million contract to build, staff and maintain a computer communications network in support of the U.S. Army‘s Engineer Research and Development Center.

The Defense Department said Friday work will occur through Feb. 28, 2022, and locations and funds will be determined with each task order.

The Army Corps of Engineers received three proposals for the contract via an online solicitation.

Trident Technologies is a Huntsville, Alabama-headquartered software developer and is a certified woman-owned, minority-owned small business.

The Army established ERDC to help the Pentagon, civilian agencies and the general public address challenges in civil and military engineering, geospatial sciences, water resources and environmental sciences.
