Qualtrics has been selected to provide a new customer insights system to the General Services Administration as part of GSA’s efforts to measure and manage the quality of its services.
GSA will implement the enterprise-grade platform to collect, analyze and distribute customer feedback in real time through web-based, mobile-responsive collection tools, Qualtrics said Thursday.
The system will also be used for various agency projects such as Salesforce integration, security infrastructure certification and privacy protection.
Qualtrics said it is now “in-process” towards securing the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program certification at the Federal Information Security Management Act moderate level.
