Concurrent Technologies Corp. has formed a new advisory board that will work to assess the technical projects of the nonprofit applied scientific research and development company.
CTC said Thursday its technical advisory board consists of business and technical executives who will help the company to identify potential integration and enhancement opportunities as well as mentor technical staff.
Ed Sheehan, CTC president and CEO, said the company established TAB as part of efforts to deliver customized technical services to customers.
Anthony Tether, a former director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, will serve as chair of the newly formed board.
Tether previously held positions at the Defense Department and worked for various companies such as Dynamics Technology, Science Applications International Corp. and Ford Aerospace Corp.
The board’s initial members include:
- Arthur Bruckheim, former lead engineer at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and vice president at SAIC
- Nicholas Guertin, former director of rapid prototyping, experimentation and demonstration at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division
- Jeffrey Harris, former assistant secretary for space at the U.S. Air Force; director of the National Reconnaissance Office; associate executive director of the Intelligence Community; and president of Lockheed Martin’s missiles and space and special programs divisions
- Stanley Sojka, Â former executive VPÂ of Rohner and business development manager at Saltigo
