Louis Berger has moved its international headquarters from Paris to Richmond, London, as part of the professional services company’s expansion efforts.
The establishment of the international HQ aligns with Louis Berger’s reorganization and modernization initiative on top of the company’s three-year business strategy to grow its presence in the U.K. and in Europe, Louis Berger said Monday.
Thomas Topolski, Louis Berger’s international president, said the company has many lending, contracting and engineering, procurement and construction partners across the U.K.
He added the U.K. is the home country of many Louis Berger professionals who hold business and project leadership roles.
The company aims to strengthen its relationships with existing private industry partners throughout the region and explore new business opportunities in the rail, highway, power and water markets.
Louis Berger also named James Rousell as vice president and managing director of U.K. business operations.
