CyrusOne has named Diane Morefield, former executive vice president and chief financial officer of Strategic Hotels & Resorts, to succeed Gregory Andrews as EVP and CFO on Nov. 14.
Morefield was responsible for Strategic Hotels & Resorts’ accounting, finance, capital markets, tax, investor relations and information technology in her previous role and was a member of the company’s executive management committee where she assisted in the development of strategic and investment initiatives, CyrusOne said Monday.
She helped grow Strategic Hotels & Resorts’ revenue from an estimated $775 million in 2010 to more than $1.4 billion by 2015.
She started her career in real estate banking with Barclays Bank and has since held various financial, operating and investor positions, including as CFO of Equity International and senior officer, Midwest regional VP and senior VP-investor relations at Equity Office Properties Trust.
Morefield is currently a board member and chair of Spirit Realty Capital‘s audit committee.
