ASRC Federal‘s Vistronix subsidiary has secured a three-year, $14.1 million contract for engineering and technical work on the U.S. Army‘s wideband controls systems.
The Army received one bid for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract through an online solicitation and obligated $1.3 million at the time of award from the military branch’s fiscal 2016 “other” funds, the Defense Department said Friday.
Vistronix will perform work at Fort Belvoir, Virginia through Nov. 3, 2019.
The contract was awarded through a governmentwide acquisition contract vehicle run by the National Institutes of Health‘s Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center.
ASRC Federal acquired Vistronix in August as part of government services portfolio diversification efforts.
