Advanced Concepts and Technologies International has received a three-year, $21 million task order to provide acquisition support services to the cybersecurity and communications office within the Department of Homeland Security‘s national programs and protection directorate.

ACT I CEO Michael Niggel said in October the company will assist the DHS NPPD CS&C office in efforts to safeguard cyber and communication infrastructure assets in the U.S. against cyber attacks.
The order was awarded under the Pool 1 category of the General Services Administration‘s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business contract vehicle.
CS&C also works with other public and private organizations as well as international partners to address security incidents that could harm federal government systems, ACT I noted.
