Microsoft has signed up ViON as the newest managed service provider of the former’s cloud computing system for government agencies.
ViON said Tuesday it can offer hybrid cloud platforms along with services intended to help customer agencies monitor and manage information technology systems as a Microsoft Azure Government MSP.
Tom Frana, ViON CEO, noted that the company seeks to help accelerate IT modernization efforts in the government sector with hybrid and multi-cloud offerings.
Frana added he believes the combination of ViON’s private cloud portfolio and Microsoft’s Azure public platform will allow customers to manage compliance in cloud environments.
ViON also serves as Azure cloud systems integrator and provides application transformation and migration services using as-a-service delivery model.
