Ashburn, Virginia-based FCi Federal has established a board of advisers as the professional services company looks to expand its market footprint and grow its portfolio.
The advisory board consists of public and private sector veterans with background in immigration, intelligence, diplomacy, transportation and homeland security, FCi Federal said Monday.
“The formation of the board of advisers signals our intent to expand our market footprint and the range of innovative services we deliver,†said Scott Miller, FCi Federal CEO, president and member of the board of directors.
The advisory board will provide guidance to the board of directors in matters related to the company’s near and long term growth strategy.
Members of FCi’s newly formed BOA include:
- Joanne Isham – former deputy director of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency; deputy director and associate deputy director for Science and Technology at the CIA
- Maura Harty – former U.S. assistant secretary of state for consular affairs at the State Department, career member of the U.S. Foreign Service and former ambassador to Paraguay
- James Loy – former deputy secretary of Department of Homeland Security, transportation security administration undersecretary for security and commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard
