Capstone has secured a task order from the Naval Supply Systems Command’s Fleet Logistics Center for staffing services to nine U.S. Navy regional command operations centers.
Capstone said Monday it teamed up with Tenica and Associates to provide watch stander support for the military branch’s operations centers in the mid-Atlantic, Japan, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and Southwest Asia regions.
The order was awarded through the SeaPort-e contract vehicle.
Capstone added it will work to maintain situational awareness at the facilities in an effort to help address regional emergency management requirements of the Navy.
John Mcnally, senior vice president for growth at Capstone, said the company has supported the Commander, Navy Installations Command’s N3 operational and planning activities since 2007.
“This new contract allows us to continue our assistance to protect Navy personnel and installations in the supported regions,” McNally added.
