Jiri Maly, formerly managing director of global infrastructure finance at investment banking firm CIBC World Markets, has joined Louis Berger’s services operating firm as president, effective Oct. 14.
Louis Berger CEO Jim Stamatis said in a statement released Wednesday that Maly’s experience in capital programs and leadership roles will complement Louis Berger Services’ efforts to achieve earnings growth under a five-year strategic plan.
Maly will work through Louis Berger Services’ office in Washington and will bring to the company his nearly two decades’ experience in global infrastructure and industrial capital projects delivery as well as in capital project financing.
Prior to CIBC, he spent 16 years at McKinsey & Co. where he served as a partner and helped establish the management consulting firm’s capital projects and infrastructure practice.
Louis Berger Services, formerly Ranger International Services, was acquired by the Morristown, New Jersey-based professional services firm in 2012.
