Burns & McDonnell has received a potential $9.5 million contract to provide commissioning support services for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s future 99-acre replacement campus in north St. Louis, Missouri.
The company said Monday the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers planning, programming, design, construction and operation services at the Next NGA West campus.
NGA announced in June the finalization of its choice to locate Next NGA West in St. Louis after the completion of an environmental impact study and period for public comment.
Kansas City-based Burns & McDonnell is an employee-owned commissioning firm that has over 5,300 architects, engineers, consultants and construction professionals worldwide and has certifications from various organizations such as the Building Commissioning Association and Associated Air Balance Council.
