Bill Turk, former vice president and general counsel of Omniplex World Services, and Taylor Johnson, former deputy general counsel at Raytheon’s Blackbird Technologies subsidiary, have joined the in-house legal team of Virginia-based operations support provider SOS International.
Turk was most recently responsible for Omniplex’s merger and acquisition, contract negotiation, intellectual property and corporate governance functions, SOSi said Monday.
The three-decade legal and contracting veteran also worked at I-Net Inc as assistant general counsel.
Johnson previously held the role of software consultant at Oracle and Microstrategy.
Brian Geoghegan, SOSi executive VP and general counsel, said that both appointees will support the company’s M&A activity and portfolio of complex business transactions.
Turk and Johnson are both members of the Virginia Bar Association.
