World Wide Technology has won a potential five-year, $9.3 million contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency to provide commercial firewall hardware and incidental services to naval shipyards.
DISA received seven proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via the Federal Business Opportunities website, the Defense Department said Thursday.
The agency obligated $284,285 from its fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance funds to finance the first delivery order.
WWT will perform contract work from Sept. 1, 2016 to Aug. 31, 2021.
