Novetta has received potential four-year, $10 million contract to help develop and sustain a system-of-systems architecture at he Defense Security Service‘s Defense Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center.
The Defense Department said Monday the SoS architecture will be built to help DITMAC reach full operating capability.
Work will occur at the DSS DITMAC office in Arlington, Virginia through Sept. 25, 2020.
DSS’ Office of Acquisitions will obligate $2.6 million at the time of the award from fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation and fiscal 2016 operation and maintenance funds.
DITMAC was established in response to the September 2013 Washington Navy Yard shooting incident to help analyze automated reports of concerning behavior and recommend appropriate action.
