Govplace has received subcontract from ManTech International to provide cybersecurity and cloud systems to federal agencies in support of the government-wide Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation and Continuous Monitoring as a Service initiatives.
Govplace said Thursday it will work with prime contractor ManTech under CDM Group F phases 1 and 2 that cover 44 federal agencies through a government-only shared services platform built to use an infrastructure-as-a-service public cloud offering.
GSA originally selected ManTech for the CDM and CMaas implementation task order worth up to $25 million over three years under the agency’s Alliant contract vehicle.
Ryan McCullough, a Govplace senior vice president, said the company will work to provide its enterprise cybersecurity offering exclusively to DHS through a public cloud environment designed to protect federal systems and data.
The task order has a one-year base period and two option years, while Govplace will be responsible for delivery of the shared services platform and ManTech over the distribution to agencies.
