Lockheed Martin has designated Derco Repair ServicesÂ as anÂ authorized F-16Â repair center under the Lockheed Hologram certified parts program in a move to expand the defense contractor’s global supply chain services for F-16 operators.
Lockheed grants the Hologram designation to repair and overhaul facilities that pass itsÂ quality assurance requirements, the companyÂ said Wednesday.
Derco will join two other existing F-16 Hologram repair centers.
“We are excited to expand our F-16 repair center operations in partnership with Derco Repair Services, ensuring the highest quality standards consistent with the Hologram products program,” said Laura Frank, vice president of integrated test and logistics with Lockheedâ€™s rotary and mission systems unit.
Derco Repair Services is an affiliate of Derco AerospaceÂ and hasÂ an 80,000-square-foot component repair center that is certified by theÂ Federal Aviation AdministrationÂ and European Aviation Safety Agency.
