The U.S. Air Force has awarded DynCorp International two additional Air Force Contract Augmentation Program task orders totaling $10.3 million in support of U.S. military forces in the Middle East.
DynCorp said Friday it will provide fire emergency services management, labor, tools and equipment under the $6.2 million Southwest Asia FES equipment service task order.
The company will help evaluate, test, maintain, repair and certify FES equipment in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and the codes and standards of the the Air Force Office of Safety and Health, National Fire Protection Association, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.
Company personnel will work at the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar and other locations.
DynCorp also received the $4.1 million foreign military sales task order for F-15 Strike Eagle acquisition services to support the operations of air bases in Saudi Arabia.
The company said it will supply transportation, personnel, lodging, labor, training, supervision, tools, materials, vehicles and safety equipment under the FMS program with Saudi Arabia.
Tim Gahr, DynCorp’s AFCAP program manager, said the company has received a total of five AFCAP IV task orders within the year.
