CSRACSRA has won a five-year, $53 million contract to provide systems engineering and technical assistance services to the Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense Organization.

The company said Monday it will continue to perform analysis, assessments, technology demonstrations, wargames and exercises meant to help the agency shape concepts, requirements and operational architectures under the recompete contract.

“The Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense’s challenge of optimizing capabilities and synchronizing requirements across different organizations while respecting budget restrictions is critical in this time of increasing threats and unstable security environments,” said Ken Deutsch, executive vice president of CSRA’s defense group.

Deutsch added the company seeks to help the JIAMDO identify and coordinate joint requirements for air, cruise missile and ballistic missile defense systems.

CSRA has supported the organization over the past 17 years.
