SOS International has named Stephen Iwicki, a former vice president atÂ General Dynamics‘Â information technology business, as the new intelligence solutions group vice president following the appointment ofÂ Robert BilleaudÂ as senior vice president for operations.
SOSi said TuesdayÂ Iwicki will be in charge of a companyÂ business unitÂ that holds a potentialÂ $150 million contract to supportÂ U.S. ArmyÂ operations in Afghanistan.
“He brings a wealth of leadership experience in the intelligence technology market, particularly among the national intelligence agencies, where weâ€™re actively looking to grow,” saidÂ SOSi President and CEO Julian Setian.
Iwicki isÂ a former business strategy and operations director at Science Applications International Corp., where he managed operations, marketing and business development for defense and intelligence business units.
He is an Army veteran who held tactical and strategic intelligence positions during his 20-year careerÂ that includes service asÂ Army intelligence transformation director and as senior intelligence officer at the White House’s Office of National Drug Control Policy.
BilleaudÂ helped overseeÂ the February acquisition and subsequent integration of New World Solutions, an image science contractor to the Army, National Reconnaissance Office andÂ National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
