Insight Technology Solutions has acquired Bara Infoware‘s spot under the small business portion of the General Services Administration‘s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services contract vehicle.
Bowie, Maryland-based professional services company Insight said July 22 GSA approved the novation to facilitate the transition of Bara’s contract obligations.
Work under OASIS includes program management, management consulting, financial, logistics, engineering and scientific professional services for government agencies.
Insight CEO Mary Anderson said the contract novation gives Insight an opportunity to grow its federal market business as well as maintain the company’s relationships with Department of Homeland Security clients.
Insight is a woman-owned small business that offers business management consulting, engineering and information technology services to government customers.
