The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded Favor TechConsulting a 30-month, $8.29 million task order to provide information technology and other services in support of the VA office of information and technology’s benefits delivery programs.
FTC said Friday it will deliver IT program and project management, strategic planning and analysis, risk management, schedule management, logistics, technical, acquisition and fiscal management services under the task order.
Christopher Kim, FTC director of capture, said the company will work to support the Veterans Benefits Management System and Compensation and Pension Record Interchange development programs in an effort to build up VA’s service levels, mitigate performance risks and streamline integration endeavors.
VA issued the task order under the multiple-award Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation acquisition program that seeks to update the department’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and network operations.
FTC was one of 21 companies that landed spots under the potential $22.3 billion follow-on T4NG contract awarded in March.
