Avwatch has appointed Larry Gagliano, formerly Alpha Omega Change Engineering‘s director of domestic operations and airborne networking, as a field operations specialist based in Washington.
Gagliano has worked in the homeland security and disaster recovery industry for nearly 25 years and has handled National Reconnaissance Office programs at Rockwell Collins and systems engineering at BAE Systems, Avwatch said Wednesday.
“His comprehensive experience in aerial services, emergency response and strategic planning makes him a highly valued member of our organization,” said Chris Kluckhuhn, Avwatch founder.
Gagliano has also served in the U.S. Air Force and the Reserves and was the Air Force expert on rover equipment and gear at the Pentagon.
Avwatch is a service-disabled veteran owned small business that works to develop aerial reconnaissance, motion video and tactical networking technologies to train and assist federal, state and local government agencies in homeland security and disaster recovery operations.
