The U.S. Army has begun to look for potential vendors that could help administer the military service’s wireless network system.
A presolicitation notice posted Thursday on FedBizOpps stated the Army Contracting Command-New Jersey-Warfighter Support seeks an industry partner to provide personnel, equipment and knowledge for the continuous operation of the network.
The Army plans to award a small business set-aside contract to procure the services and work will occur within the Army Support Activity Ft. Dix, New Jersey, area of operations.
The service branch expects to launch a formal solicitation for the wireless network administration and support program by Aug. 24.
