ThreatTrack has launched an updated version of its ThreatAnalyzer malware analysis sandbox product with additional features built to help organizations detect and respond to Zero-day threats, targeted attacks and known and unknown malware.
The company said Thursday ThreatAnalyzer 6.1 has a new behavioral detection engine for files and URLs, cloud-based threat intelligence services, anti-forensic controls and a YARA-based rule engine to help analysts hold granular control over sandbox environments.
ThreatTrack 6.1 is designed to give organizations information on the functions and the impacts of malware.
ThreatAnalyzer works to recreate an organization’s application stacks such as virtual and native systems in a controlled environment where they can detonate malicious code and analyze malware’s behavior within a system.
