Seyer Industries has won a potential five-year, $27.3 million contract to provide support equipment for the V-22 Osprey multirole combat planes of the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force.
The Defense Department said Monday that Seyer Industries will also supply spare parts, assorted adapters, kits and assemblies under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
The company will perform work in St. Peters, Missouri through July 2021.
The Naval Air Warfare Center’s aircraft division received two offers for the small business set-aside procurement program through an electronic bidding process.
DoD noted the obligated amount of $6.6 million at the time of award is from the Navy’s fiscal 2014 aircraft procurement funds and the Air Force’s fiscal 2016 aircraft procurement funds.
