A Lockheed Martin subsidiary has received the 2016 Spotlight Award from the Association of Management Consulting Firms in recognition of its work on the Department of Veterans Affairs’ My HealtheVet Sustainment program.
Systems Made Simple accepted the award in the customer engagement category during AMCF’s awarding ceremony and dinner held June 23 in New York City, Lockheed said Wednesday.
Horace Blackman, vice president of the health and life sciences team at Lockheed’s information systems and global solutions business, said Systems Made Simple has provided health data management platforms and services to VA for years.
“We are proud to have achieved one of the top five highest total scores among all Spotlight award categories and submissions,†Blackman added.
VA’s My HealtheVet is an online health record system designed for use by active-duty personnel, veterans and their dependents.
